Loved breakfast.

Floor and grate of shower needed extra cleaning. There were small flying bugs in there.

The staff were very helpful except when on departure we said the showers were still cool she didn’t believe us..We know the maintenance man came and the water was hot at 12 midday but not at 8am or 8 pm..

Every time we showered the water was cool..when we advised the hotel staff of this a maintenance man came and explained that the size of the gas pipes to heat the water were too small.. So if you showered at 8am or 8 pm the water was virtually cold.

Location excellent for our purposes. Suggestion: Julio's Restaurant is attached to the hotel and its address is 1309 Hay Street. However, the hotel's front door is around the corner on Ventnor Street--misleading for first-time guests.

No parking at the hotel. Street parking pricey.
